1. Standard Next Day Delivery

• Fee: £7.99 (applies to orders under the £250 minimum order value)

• Free delivery: Orders £250 and above qualify for free Next Day Delivery

• Order cut-off: Monday–Friday, orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day

• After cut-off: Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day

• Friday after 3:00 PM: Orders may not ship until the following business day; delivery can take 1–2 business days if Saturday Delivery is not selected

2. Special Saturday Delivery

• Fee: £15.00 (flat rate, regardless of order value)

• Order cut-off: Orders placed before 3:00 PM on Friday are processed the same day for Saturday delivery

• After cut-off: Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday are processed the following business day (Saturday delivery not guaranteed)

3. Non-Delivery Days

• We do not ship on Saturdays (unless Special Saturday Delivery is selected) or on Bank Holidays

• Orders placed on these days are automatically processed on the next business day

4. Regional Restrictions

• Next Day Delivery and Special Saturday Delivery may not be available in select postcodes across:

• Scotland

• BT (Northern Ireland) postcodes

• Customers in these regions may experience longer delivery timeframes our support team can confirm availability for your specific postcode
